When I started experiencing issues with my AC again, He came out the next day and recommended replacing the entire system, after explaining to us that he could also fix it with just replacing the evaporator coil only. I ended up choosing to replace the entire system. He was able to get the equipment and complete the replacement within 48hrs. He also called and returned the check I accidentally wrote for more than I actually owed for the work. I highly recommend Austin for his friendly, professional, and honest attitude, and the quality work that he does.

I'm Austin Kraemer, and Kraemer Cooling and Heating is my small, family-run business. I've been working on heating and air for over 10 years, and I started this company to give folks in Central Mississippi the kind of service I'd want at my own house: show up, figure it out, explain it straight, and charge a fair price.
When you call, you get me. I'll tell you what's wrong, what your options are, and what it'll cost before I start. And if it takes until 8 at night to get you cool again, that's what it takes.

What areas do you serve?

Do you offer emergency or weekend service?

Do you work with home warranties?
Yes. We've worked with customers' home warranty companies on system upgrades to get them the best price we can.
Do you service campers and horse trailers?
Yes. We fix camper, RV and horse-trailer AC units, plus mini-splits for camps, cabins, garages and shops.
How often should I get a tune-up?
Once a year for cooling before summer and once for heating before winter is a good rule. Change your air filter every 1 to 3 months, or every 30 to 60 days if you have pets.
Should I repair or replace my system?
It depends on the age and condition of the system. We'll look at it, explain both options and their costs, and let you decide.
Do you install mini-splits?
Yes. Mini-splits are a great fit for garages, shops, deer camps, cabins and additions without ductwork.
Do you do work besides heating and air?
Yes. Austin takes on odd jobs like tire changes, roof patching and general repairs. Call to discuss your job.
